People ask us a lot of questions at Taylor Kia serving Toledo, Detroit and Cleveland. This is a good thing.  It means people are interested; and, of course, Kia is happy to help.

In answering prospective buyers' and patrons' questions over the years, we've noticed a couple of important themes. Guessing there are just as many people near  Detroit who have the same questions but not the nerve to ask, we thought we'd offer a very high-level Q & A.

Q:What Kia models are available in the U.S.?

A: This can often be confusing if you're reading a lot of Kia news. Only 11 are, however, available stateside. They are the new Kia Sorento, Sportage, Soul, Optima, Optima Hybrid, Forte 5-door, Forte sedan, Forte-Koup, Rio, Rio 5-door and Sedona.

Q:Do I need HomeLink?

A:HomeLink is a system which can be programmed to allow users remote, in-car operation of garage doors, community gates, inside lights, door locks, home and office security systems  and other radio frequency devices. If you want to elevate your everyday convenience, then yes, it's definitely something you should talk to our Kia service specialists about.

Q:What does the Kia 10-Year/100,000-Mile Warranty Program include?

A:10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, five-year/60,000-mile limited basic warranty, five-year/100,000-mile limited perforation warranty and a five-year/60,000-mile roadside assistance plan. Each provides coverage on new Kia models until the year or mile specification, whichever comes first.

Q:Can I rent a Kia while on vacation or traveling for business?

A:When it comes to determining whether a car is a good fit, the only thing better than a test drive is renting it for a couple of days. The next time you're away for business or vacation, remember you can get a new Kia from Budget, Hertz, Thrifty, Dollar, National and Alamo.

Now, we completely understand if you have questions beyond those above - or if you have follow-up questions.  Feel free to contact us online or at 888-928-3644 to get the answer you're looking for.
