Lately, Taylor Kia and other car manufacturers have kept a careful eye on the Kia Carens. You  may wonder why we would be so interested in a European model.  Well the multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) has not only been revamped but also indicates the future of Kia minivans.   And we believe that it also brings a rebirth of its U.S. cousin, the Kia Rondo, which was shelved recently.

So, how exactly have Kia designers to turn a difficult model to style and make it remarkable? The car manufacturer started by paying attention to details. There's a new signature grille and headlights for branding. The lines of the body easily flow and give the vehicle some character. The windows are encased in chrome strips.  Finally, the model sports front and rear overhangs that win points for both appearance and functionality.

Of the model's new getup, Benny Oeyen, Vice President Marketing and Product Planning for Kia Motors Europe, says, "The all-new Carens takes Kia back into one of the most important and competitive sectors of the European market...This model will have great appeal to families with an active lifestyle who don't want to compromise between style and practicality."1

Taylor Kia is always eager to find out which MPV will replace the now-discontinued Kia Sedona, which is currently in its last model year.  If you are looking at Kia as an MPV option, feel free to browse our used Sedona inventory.  If you can't find the trim level you are looking for, we would be happy to locate it for you.  To keep on top of all the latest Kia news, including updates on a possible Rondo, stop by 6300 W Central Avenue, Toledo, OH 43615 and chat with our team members at any point in time.
