I just bought a new Sorento last week and it was the best experience involving car sales I've ever had! I was working with Gage to trade in a car and upgrade to a newer vehicle to fit a new baby my wife and I just had. Gage and all the staff were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. The team went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and worked very quickly! Between setting up my trade, reviewing the new vehicle, and signing all the paperwork, I was only there about 2 hours! I couldn't spend all day at the dealership with a newborn at home and I had my two older kids with me; everyone made sure the big kids enjoyed themselves, they even got some complimentary snacks while waiting! Overall, I went in to get some info on my trade in options and I got all my questions answered and more. I am very happy with the service I received and was well taken care of. I am loving my new family car and very much appreciate all the help and support I got from Gage and everyone at the dealership, thanks so much guys!
